Yes, a complimentary interview with pet and owner is conducted prior to any pet sitting service. |

Will people I do not know come into my home? |

The pet sitter you interviewed with will be the only one allowed into the home unless the pet sitter has an unexpected illness or emergency. Then, and only then, will the "back up" pet sitter be permitted to enter the home to care for your pets. |

What if the pet sitter has a personal emergency while taking care of my pets? |

In case of an emergency or unexpected illness the pet sitter has a back up pet sitter to step in, all pet needs and sitting instructions are completed in detail and available to back up sitter. |

How will I be charged for services & when do I pay? |

The rate and total amount due for the specific pet sitting job will be part of the pet sitting contract. Payment is generally due at the end of the agreed pet sitting job. Should this be an ongoing pet sitting contract, then a payment plan will be discussed with pet owner. |

Currently we accept cash and checks, we prefer check. |

What happens when I get back from my trip? |

Pet sitter will contact you to make sure that you have arrived home as expected and will set up a time to return keys. |

How do I know what care was given to my pet or what issues took place during my absence? |

The pet sitter will leave detailed notes on the pet's care and what transpired during the visit. For example, was the food dish empty when sitter arrived, did the pet show signs of stress, a check list of task completion, such as mail pickup, plant watering, etc. |

What will happen if I am delayed and unable to return from my trip on the date planned? |

Notify your pet sitter as soon as possible so there is no decline in the quality of pet care. Any additional visits will be added to the agreed amount in the pet sitting contract. |
